God continues to confirm to me the importance of the KJV bible over other versions. The latest thing that came up is when a Facebook friend posted a meme from Psalm 139:16 but used a different version. It read, “before you were born He wrote all your days in His book”. The KJV version reads, ” Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them”. The KJV version has so much more depth to it. What is also really amazing is that just yesterday I listened to a sermon by a Pastor Mike Hoggard where he explains how our DNA reflects the tabernacle of God. But the non-KJV version doesn’t give any hint to that like the KJV ones does. Anyway, I found this video sermon very interesting. You see the hand of God in every detail within our human body. The blueprint book and design for our life is our DNA. Is it any wonder that Satan who hates God and hates us would want to modify, mix or change it?

Yes you have to be careful! I’ve been reading The Voice which is very informative for me. I always check with my King James to see if It’s accurate. So far so good but I always go back to KJ V to make sure! -

Yes. The thing that I don’t like though is when some preachers and teachers act self-righteous about it and wear it as a cloak of honor unto themselves. This is what initially turned me off from it all although I’ve always had my KJV and used it. No one in our church is like that and Jim does an excellent job presenting examples over and over again how the KJV is the most accurate translation compared to other versions. There are some preachers and teachers I love that I have learned a lot from and still listen to today that do not always use KJV when a text is read yet they are gifted to teach and preach with great anointing and spiritual insight. I know they do much research when presenting their sermons and teaching because they refer to the original Greek and Hebrew and their presentations always bear witness to me of the Spirit’s work.
