I think I have found another key to my arthritis problem that leaves me at times so crippled I can barely walk. It is exercise. Recently, I started doing some basic very mild exercises and have noticed a remarkable difference in mobility. Also, have not had to take pain relievers everyday. It is work and a chore to do but may be my last and only remedy to my problem. It is really discouraging when you want to do many things especially in serving the Lord but pain, fatigue, and the inability to walk or move much prevents you. We need healthy bodies so we can more fully serve the Lord without all the physical hindrances holding us back. These are actually the main reasons I had to forgo doing a women’s bible study and/or prayer group. I just have had no energy as pain drained it all out of me. Diet, getting a restfull sleep and exercising hopefully will be the answer to my physical ailments so I can serve the Lord more fully.
